By accessing or using MovieLook, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Use of Service

You may use MovieLook to transform images using our AI technology. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of your uploaded images. By uploading images, you grant us a limited license to process them using our AI models.

4. Generated Content

Free tier images include a watermark and are for personal use only. Paid tier images are watermark-free and include commercial usage rights.

5. Credits and Payments

Credits are used to generate images. Different resolution and quality settings consume different amounts of credits. Monthly subscription credits are valid for the current month and do not roll over. Credit packs purchased separately never expire. When generating images, monthly subscription credits are consumed first, then credit packs.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use MovieLook to generate harmful, offensive, or illegal content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

MovieLook is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of this service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
