You retain ownership of your uploaded images. By uploading images, you grant us a limited license to process them using our AI models.

4. Generated Content

Free tier images include a watermark and are for personal use only. Paid tier images are watermark-free and include commercial usage rights.

5. Credits and Payments

All credits — whether from monthly subscriptions or credit packs — never expire and are pooled into a single balance. Subscriptions automatically renew each month and add more credits to your balance.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use MovieLook to generate harmful, offensive, or illegal content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

MovieLook is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of this service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
